本研究では，東京が「復興五輪」というコンセプトを掲げて 2020 年大会開催を勝ち取ったことに対する筆者の違和感を出発点として，復興の当事者たちから「復興五輪」がどう見えるのかを素描した。本研究ではまず，「復興五輪」というコンセプトは，2020 年大会を被災地の復興に役立てたいという切なる願いから生まれたのではなく，あくまで 2020 年大会開催を勝ち取るための方便に過ぎなかったことを確認した。そしてその後，数多くの事業が大会推進側によって発案され，被災地はそれらを受け止めてきたことを確認した。こうした過程を踏まえれば，「復興五輪」関連事業は，典型的な災害パターナリズムだったと言える。しかしながら，こうした過程を被災地，具体的には被災自治体の立場から見れば，ことはそれほど単純ではなかった。例えば復興ありがとうホストタウンという事業への参加自治体は，外部から押し付けられた同事業にただ翻弄されたわけではなく，むしろそれを能動的に受け止め，積極的に活用しようとしていた。このように被災地は，外部から押し付けられた「復興五輪」関連事業を能動的にうまく読み換えようとしていたと言える。

本研究では，同じネイションの成員に対する漠然とした愛着という意味でのナショナリズムである「認識的ナショナリズム」について分析した．先行研究も指摘するように，「認識的ナショナリズム」の構築に際しては，スポーツ報道に見られるナショナルなステレオタイプが重要な役割を果たしていると考えられる．そこで本研究は，サッカー専門誌を題材として，「日本人選手は『身体能力』に劣る」というステレオタイプを取り上げ，それを量的・質的に分析した．本研究の発見の第1は，通説として語られる「日本人選手は『身体能力』に劣る」という言説は，1990年代半ばから2000年代初頭までに限定されたものだったことである．第2は，2000年代半ば以降，日本人選手は「身体の強さや身体の大きさには劣るものの，それを補ってあまりあるほどに運動量，俊敏性，スピードに優れている」という意味内容を持った言説が，長期にわたって生産され続けていたことである．第3は，こうした日本人選手の「身体能力」に関する一貫した評価は，2006年に日本代表の監督に就任したイビチャ・オシム監督が提唱した「日本サッカーの日本化」のスローガンによって構築された可能性があることだった．

本論文の問題関心は、スポーツを通じていかに人々のつながりを作るかというものである。本論文では沖縄のリーグボウリングの様子を記述し、それが人々の日常生活と密接に関わりながら人々のつながりを形成していることを示した。沖縄のリーグボウリングでは、アルコールを含めた飲食を通じて人々の間で活発に社交が行われている。そこでは、参加者同士の社交にとどまらず、その家族たちも同様に社交していたほか、参加者とボウリング場経営者の間にも親密な交流が行われている。さらには、そうしたつながりがボウリング場の外に広がる場合もある。そして、ボウリングはお互いの信頼感を醸成し、さらにリーグが定期的に開催されることから、リーグは模合（無尽講・頼母子講の一種）の場としても機能していた。

This paper discusses how sports can be used to solve community problems while improving the profits of the organizations involved.<br> Generally, nonprofit organizations (NPOs) work to address social and regional issues. However, many nonprofit organizations have financial limitations, as do community sports clubs, which serve as the main players in addressing community problems through sports. Therefore, this paper focuses on social enterprises, namely, organizations that aim not only to contribute to society and their local communities, but also to make a profit. A private ten-pin bowling alley at X city tackles the problem of the lack of social relationships between neighbors by encouraging participation in bowling at their facility. This paper clarifies why and how the bowling alley manages to build social relationships while generating profits.<br> The bowling alley has made great efforts to reach out to potential players and keep them playing frequently. As the number of people gathering there at regular intervals increases, the profit of the alley also increases, and the social relationships among people are strengthened. In addition, the manager and owner are familiar with the characteristics of their local community, and therefore able to create strategies that are well-suited to its residents.

本稿では、日本におけるスポーツ・ナショナリズムに関する諸研究をレビューし、その成果と限界を明らかにしてきた。先行研究の成果は、スポーツとナショナリズムの結びつきについて多様な事例を発見した点と、研究上の方法論を提起している点であった。一方、その限界は、以下の3点であった。つまり、ナショナリズムの理解が無限定であること、記述的研究が多く説明的研究が不足していること、そして「非日常」的事例への言及が多く「日常」的事例への言及が少ないことである。今後は、スポーツ・ナショナリズムとは何なのかという定義を議論すること、スポーツとナショナリズムの結びつきに関する説明的研究を行うこと、そして「日常」レベルの事例を発見し、論究することが必要と考えられる。

高度経済成長期には、多くの企業が自社労働者の福利厚生のために余暇施設を整備し、余暇活動を奨励した。そのため、職場スポーツ施設を利用できるかどうかによるスポーツ参加の格差が存在した。その点を当時の資料を二次分析する形で検証した。その結果、自営業者、家族従業者、被用者の間では被用者の参加率が圧倒的に高く、他2者と大きな格差があった。また職種を見てみると、特に農林漁業に代表されるようなブルーカラーの参加率が低く、ホワイトカラーとの大きな格差が見られた。こうした参加率の背景には、当時の企業福祉の整備の偏り、つまり雇用形態や職種による職場スポーツ施設の整備の偏りが存在すると考えられる。<br />

1960年代において、職場スポーツは国民のスポーツ参加の重要な役割を果たしていた。しかし先行研究は、職場スポーツという仕組みが日本においてのみ発展したのはなぜなのかという問いに答えていない。そこで本稿は，企業社会論の視角からこの問題を論じた。企業社会論とは、我が国の発展を大企業優先政策と開発主義政策によって説明する研究群である。そして企業社会である日本では、国民に対する福祉の提供は、政府の代わりに企業が行ってきた。すなわち、国民は企業によって“擬似福祉”を与えられてきたのだ。企業社会論の視角から見ると、職場スポーツはスポーツの“擬似福祉”であったと言える。<br />

After the occurrence of the Tohoku Region Pacific Coast Earthquake, many people suggested it was not the time for sports activity. However, there were concerns for the development of pulmonary embolism among the evacuees, and also children at the shelters felt stress due to the lack of exercise. Under these circumstances, the purpose of this study was to research the possibility of introducing a new generation electric system; vibration-driven energy harvesting through sports. <BR>    The results showed that exercise for five minutes generated enough electricity to light a LED lamp for 1 minute. In conclusion, it is valuable to introduce a new generation electric system; vibration-driven energy harvesting through sports, at the shelters.

The purpose of this paper is to explain how the bowling industry was able to attract new customers in the 1960s. The concept of the Blue Ocean strategy which is advocated by Kim and Mauborgne, will be applied as an analytical framework. In the early 1960s, while the pachinko or mahjong industry had the largest share of the leisure market, the bowling industry did not compete against these industries, but tried to attract new customers by creating new values.<BR>  To develop the Blue Ocean strategy, it is necessary to decide the factors to be eliminated, reduced, raised, and created in comparison with conventional industry standards. The bowling industry had eliminated the gambling spirit of the game, reduced prices improved convenience, raised TV exposure and the value of female athletes, and created a sense of wholesomeness and fashionability. Through these processes, the bowling industry succeeded in tapping the women's and young people's market. In these processes, the industry positioned physical exercise as part of the leisure industry. At the same time, the industry created a new value of sports as "entertainment" .<BR>  It was clear that the bowling industry as a whole had tapped the Blue Ocean but afterward, the inside of the industry became a typical Red Ocean; bowing centers competed using cost leadership strategy or differentiation strategy.

人口減少や地方経済の疲弊が叫ばれるなか、2019年のラグビーワールドカップや20年の東京オリンピックなどが火付け役になり、スポーツによる地域活性化や経済振興が注目を集めて、各地で試行錯誤がおこなわれている。

The Olympic Charter lists “promoting a peaceful society” as its goal. The Host Town Initiative works to achieve that goal by encouraging mutually beneficial exchanges between participant countries and regions and local municipalities.
