    Service Encounter is a dyadic interactive process between service providers and consumers. Service Encounter is considered as one of the most important managerial tasks for service providers because the degree of managerial capabilities of service encounter affects overall performances of service providers. Behavioral Intentions are a set of actions consumers will take in the post service encounter phase. Behavioral Intentions include 1) Repetition, 2) Recommendation, and 3) Claim. Knowing determinant factors of consumers' Behavioral Intentions are important because each Behavioral Intention influences the services' afterward performances.<br>In this study, using empirical data obtained from a web survey, we have analyzed relationships among service access modes (branch, internet, telephone) and determinant factors of customers' Behavioral Intentions and in financial services.

    Attributes of service elements easily fluctuate depending on the service provision situation, and this attribute fluctuation lowers and changes the service quality. The purpose of this research was to construct a design support environment that enables service designers to design services provides high quality stably through virtual service trials based on simulations. In order to achieve this objective, we developed a method can model the relationship between the service quality and the service attributes that affect the service quality by using nonlinear functions, that represents relationship between service quality value determined with customer's subjectivity and each service element attribute value. We also developed a simulator that enables service designers to estimate service quality values in order to evaluate service quality changes preliminarily.

    We have studied on the value creation framework based on experience and credibility to maintain and enhance service values, and applied the proposed framewrok to practical service domains. With the integration of both information and human initiated service research activities, we have proposed a value co-creation model which focuses on high context communication information such as environments, non-verbal human behaviors. By applying the proposed model to SNS applications and local community brand developments, we have demonstrated the usefulness of our study. Implications we have derived are: (1) the richer the economic society is, the more impacts the experience and the credibility to others have, (2) an approach exists for global enhancement based on context-dependent services, (3) a balanced relationship exists between risks and performances in the supply chain management, etc. These research results contribute to avoiding the commoditization of service and product values.
