Or, we are even not recognized such the difference. A human being has the unique feature such as humanity that has not a machine and is very related to sustainability. This paper tries to be critical to this situation, and argues with 3 steps. Firstly, their definition of German Industrie4.0 and Internet of Things (IoT) are compared. Secondly, how those developments can be seen in the field of car navigation industries? Finally, it is considered whether this development is consistent with a sustainable society.

This study aims to understand how governance change is triggered by cybernetics issues, such as the development of automotive navigation systems in German, Japanese and US automotive industry. The subject of this paper focuses mainly on the world car industry and, especially, on how to implement Internet of Things (IoT) technology into the Japanese, German, and U.S. car industries, as well as on differences between the concepts of IoT usability in those target countries. The car industry is now at a difficult phase with regard to how to adjust secret information for car production using openaccess IoT technology. Intercorporate relationships provide advantages for car production in general; however, this openaccess IoT technology is likely to completely re-arrange these relationships. It will be very interesting to see how these
relationships will re-arrange. In this paper, we apply the "smiling curve concept" to find a solution for differences in IoT usability in the target countries. Then, we assess producer's ideas, such as the smart factory in Germany and Japan, and the user's need for a smart car in the U.S.A. As a result, we explain the advantages of intercorporate relationships and how integral parts of the product will be replaced using IoT technology.

In this paper, we attempt to apply a cybernetic approach to an analysis of corporate and stakeholder governance. The cybernetic approach could offer a good framework for analyzing communications and control [1]. A corporation is formed by a &quot;nexus of contracts&quot;. By analogy, cybernetics has been used increasingly in relation to internet communication technologies (ICTs). <br />
The paper is divided into three sections: first, the question of what is a cybernetic approach is addressed; second, the concept of this paper is set out; and finally, a cybernetic approach to corporate and stakeholder governance is elaborated [2]. Each section takes a step-by-step approach to describing its subject from a socio-cybernetic point of view. <br />
Norbert Wiener&#039;s cybernetics theory aimed to create an autonomous system. It has played an important role in terms of its founding philosophy and is seen today, for example, in factory automation systems that include sensor assistance (feedback).<br />

Abstract: Information is now organized by for-profit companies; furthermore, using the idea of 'PageRank', information that matches a user's need with the Google search-engine can now be provided. Then, for-profit Internet service providers could easily collect this information. In recent news, National Security purposes and the associated invasions of privacy have become an issue in our lives. This study discusses how to reconstruct a governance structure between Internet Technology, such as the Google search engine, and Human Rights (HRs). Privacy is protecting HRs. Our society are based on market mechanism, in where handle the privacy equal to money. The Google algorithm (The PageRank idea) calculates this privacy as a basis for on searching, this is a real issue in our society and the democratic world. See Figure 1. This shows a concept of this paper. This conceptual diagram represents the A. to D. factors. Our methodology is similarity between A. "PageRank" and C. Smith's "sympathy". The factor B. Human Rights (HRs) give a meaning about the technological process. The privacy is affected by the structural change of those factors, and will be explained in recent structural movement afterward. As you know, Google dominate the market share of searching, and to think any other way, they are collecting the personal needs. Privacy is just equal to money. Then, we are applying a solution finally in this situation, which is the 'right to be forgotten', for protect those personal data and it shows a European governance structure, like stop the inflation.

本報告の問いは，「ドイツでの第四次産業革命（技術）は，どのように仕事と組織（人間）を変えるのか？」，短く言えば「技術は人間を変えるのか」について考察してみたい。本論は大きく3つの観点から成り立つ，第一に（最新）技術が「仕事」に影響を与えてきた歴史的事実の検証，そして現状の雇用状況を失業率とジニ係数から考察する。第二に「人間の協業」である組織を考える。ここでの最小単位である人間は，組織内の分業を担っており，彼らの役割（機能）を「自己決定と共同決定」と「Mitbestimmung4.0（アジャイル組織）」を中心に考えてみる。そして以上の2つを踏まえた小括では「新たな研究示唆」，ここでは寿命労働時間等の「ドイツの対応（職業教育）」と「今後の研究示唆」が論じられる。

I. 本稿の目的； 本稿は，以下の四点を議論することを目的とする。第一にドイツのVolkswagen，BMWそしてDaimler等の世界的な自動車会社において確認されるモジュール生産方式の導入に関して，経路依存的な視座に基づいて検討を加えること。第二に，この経路依存を考慮した場合，どのようにドイツ的な独自性が醸成されるかについて，その経営展開をハイブリッド的な動向として捉える。第三点として，この独自性が一般的なコーポレート・ガバナンス理論にどのような影響を与えているのかサイバネティクス的なプロセス論の観点から考察する。最後に，元来コンピュータ生産から他の産業分野の生産手法として派生したモジュール生産方式が，どのようなプロセスとして技術の社会的諸関係のうちに ，本論においてはドイツの自動車産業にどのように表れているのか検討する。

This study adapts Norbert Wiener's idea of cybernetics to Smith's "invisible hand" to understand incentives for exchange. The rationality of a decision-making process varies from one individual to another. Therefore, the cybernetics approach can provide a means of organizing information within an individual's surroundings.
Each individual contributes to creating the optimal market-condition. This (price) mechanism, creating by the "invisible hand", relies on self-interest and does not require external control. However, at this mechanism, the exchange could be made more efficient if the "invisible hand" were clarified through cybernetics approach. This approach seeks to organize chaos, and can be achieved in a more effective way than through the function of the "invisible hand".

? 報告要旨：2008年後半の米リーマンショック以降、先進諸カ国における雇用情勢の悪化が恒常化している。このような危機的な状況を打開するための方策例を「社会的欧州(Social Europe)」の概念下で組織されるEUの雇用政策に求める。そこで、先進的な雇用政策を実施するドイツVW社の多様性を実現するCSR戦略に注目する。このCSR戦略は、Auto5000社であり、同社の労働協約は、伝統的な「職業資格形成労働協約」そしてドイツ金属産業労働組合との間に締結された革新的な「5000×5000労働協約」との2協約から形成される。この意味から、この協約は制度補完性を考慮した革新的な経営手法と考えられる。加えて、2018年に向けての年産660万台実現への行動計画に対する戦略としてAuto5000社は、2010年にVW社本体に統合された。そこで同社の先進的な経営手法、特にポスト・フォーディズムとして期待される成果主義的な「チーム労働」をいかに労働協約で規定するか、その最新動向について調査する。
