今年度は次年度からの実証分析に向けた分析枠組みの整理を課題とした。そのために、2023年６月に開催した第一回研究会では、コミュニティ・ストーリー（以下、CS)の下位概念である意味をめぐり、デュルケムやレヴィ＝ストロースの流れを汲む構造主義的接近と、スピノザを踏まえて意味付与する主体の能動性を強調するリクールに代表される解釈学的アプローチを対比しつつ、両者の統合を活動概念を視野に入れて試みることを確認した。
CSに関わる活動としては、自治の経験が重要な意味を持つ。フレイレが過去・現在・未来を統合する歴史的時間の主体の形成にとっての自治の意義を指摘していたことを踏まえ、「時空間」（バフチン）として地域を把握するに至る論理を、アライダ・アスマンの文化的記憶論を参照しつつ整理し、９月に開催された日本社会教育学会において発表した。また、健康学習に即して、旧上郷町の地域医療実践がCSの再編集に持った意味を『にじ』に掲載した。
この仮説的理解は、東近江市の図書館活動およびそれを支えた市民活動の関係者への予備的インタビューによって妥当性を確認できた。また、剣淵町では基礎資料の複写を進め、次年度からのケーススタディの準備を行った。さらに、登米市では地域再生に労働者協同組合とともに取り組む地域において、CSの観点からの地域づくりの課題について講演を行い、理論枠の実践的有効性を確認した。
年度末には総括研究会を開催し、試論的な分析枠を精緻化するために、メモリー・スタディーズの成果との対比分析をおこなった。コミュニケーション記憶と文化的記憶の対比を強調する先行研究に対し、両者を記憶の二類型として理解するよりも、過去・現在・未来を統合する主体のモードの差異に関する指摘として理解し、モードの転換を引き起こす学習を実証分析の焦点に据えることを確認した。

In this study, In this study, we conducted a theoretical examination of the concept and qualitative analysis of cases regarding educational maltreatment by parents, and examined the differences from the conventional concept of maltreatment between educational maltreatmen, the conditions for determining maltreatment, We were also able to clarify the specific contents of educational maltreatment and the risk factors that cause and maintain educational maltreatment, as well as the factors that eliminate and improve it.While educational maltreatment is justified in the name of education, it actually deprives children of their independence, leading to a variety of problems such as refusing to attend school, bullying, violence, suicide, and running away from learning. It was shown that this is an extremely serious problem.

In this study, we have undertaken curriculum development, implementation, and effectiveness assessment to promote safety education across three subjects: water accident prevention, cybercrime prevention, and shoplifting prevention. In the case of cybercrime prevention and shoplifting prevention education, we have devised comprehensive teaching materials and carried out practical instruction based on the developed materials. As for water accident prevention education, we have developed a more hands-on educational curriculum and explored the applicability of risk perception through practical exercises. Through this series of investigations, we have observed that the developed educational materials and curriculum exhibit a certain degree of effectiveness and practicality in the educational field. However, further research is required to establish the generalizability of risk perception.

The purpose of this study is to seek a possibilities of the new form of learning and schooling in school-to-work transition process from the case study of project-based learning in the part-time high school in Sapporo city, based on the ethnographic field research on cross-curricular and full-year program called “Honeybee Project”, which challenges to interact between working and learning. In this study, we establish the possibility of new career education by mutual development between changing learners (including students, teachers and collaborator from local community) and changing communities, that is, horizontal nature of learning in “school-to-work” transition.
