Development of information and communication technologies, and especially cloud computing become the mainstream over. Moreover, IoT (Internet of Things) will be developed in the future. In this situation, with respect to protection of the information, media embodied with informations as itself is the object protected by criminal law. To overcome this situation is to abandon the property concept of media embodied with information, and it is necessary, to legislate criminal regulations to punish infringement of informations as such.
In addition, in the area of criminal regulation of child pornography, there is a problem with the understanding of the protection interests protected by law, and should be changed to those that protect children rights and freedom directly. -

According to the traditional theory about protection of information, information should be protected only when they are embodied in any physical media, so that they are never protected directly. Our studies have aimed to clarify the situations of judicial administrations from a historical and institutional viewpoints while analyzing the political and judicial reforms. Especially, the analysis of the professional judge's influence on a career system and a judicial system is advanced by clarifying the structure of judicial bureaucracy from the reform in postwar days to the present. Moreover, our studies will aim to develop it to more structural research by finding the background of culture on Japanese law and its uniqueness through an international, judicial comparison.
