前年度までに構築した「十二指腸・胆管ステント内流動シミュレータ」と並行して，再現性ある逆流流量を長時間にわたって与えることが可能な流動シミュレータを新規に構築した．ACサーボモータを用いたシリンジポンプを用いて，形状の異なる複数のステント模型に数時間にわたって順流と逆流を繰り返し与えることを可能とした．ステント先端の内径によって逆流流速および染料の到達距離が異なることが示された．
前年度に開始した大腸菌の付着数を測定する実験を継続した．1つの大腸菌が壁面に付着するまでにかかる距離を付着距離と定義した上で，せん断応力と付着距離の関係を求めた．その結果，せん断応力0.09Paで付着距離が最小となった．
肝臓への逆流過程を知るために，肝臓に造影剤を流し込む様子をX線撮影した．得られた画像からLambert-Beerの法則に基づいて胆管を流れる局所の流量分布を推定した．瞬間的な逆流の実測値とコンプライアンスを考慮した理論モデルを比較して，検体のコンプライアンスの算出を試みた．
